  • How Can I track my order?
    When your order has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number which you can use to get live updates right up until the delivery date.
  • I have received my order and it has been damaged, what should I do?
    We're really sorry to hear this - our team take the most care when picking and packing orders but sometimes products can get damaged during transit. Please email our customer services team at customerservice@yumyumyouth.com with details of the damage alongside photographs of the damaged products.
  • Can I return my order?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on orders due to the nature of the products that we sell. If you have an issue with your order, please contact our customer services team by emailing customerservice@yumyumyouth.com and include details of how we can help you.
  • Where can I find out a product's ingredients?
    We list a products ingredients where we can on the product page.
